About Me

I'm Nicole, a strategy and transformation practitioner with a master's degree and big 4 experience, who's really just someone who likes making complex things feel calmer, clearer, and more human.

My work has lived at the intersection of big picture thinking and real-world execution: helping teams untangle messy problems, align around what actually matters, and move forward without losing their sense of humor. I believe good strategy isn't about fancy decks, but it's about asking questions, listening, and creating clarity so people can do their best work.

I also took a very intentional career pause to be a full-time family caregiver. It reshaped how I think about time, priorities, and what "impact" really means. This made me even more committed to building work that's thoughtful, sustainable, and genuinely worth the effort.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me skiing, taking an art class at the High museum, playing tennis (sometimes even being a spectator at Wimbledon and the US Open), or disappearing into a good book, ideally with a coffee nearby. I'm based in Alpharetta, Georgia, and happy to travel for the right work.

If you're building something meaningful and want a collaborator who brings both structure and heart to the table, I'd love to connect.
